Officer Aeryn Sun
Hostile intentions
Enemies

Scorpius has proved to be a formidable enemy to John Crichton and the crew of Moya — he is cold, methodical, intelligent and determined. He is half-Sebacean and half-Scarran, the product of a cruel breeding experiment conducted by the Scarrans. His hybrid physiology is the reason for the elaborate protective suit he wears: His Sebacean characteristics cannot tolerate the heat radiated by his Scarran side. The suit, coupled with the cooling rods that must be inserted into his brain and frequently changed as they overheat, allows his two halves to live in equilibrium. A more beneficial quirk of Scorpius' unique physiology enables him see subtle shifts in the energy signatures of living beings — and thereby detect people's lies.
Scorpius' childhood aboard a Scarran Dreadnought was brutal enough to motivate not only his eventual escape, but also his lifelong vendetta against the Scarran race. He defected to the Peacekeepers, where he succeeded in gaining great power and esteem. He was given command of a Gammak Base — a secret Peacekeeper weapons-research installation deep in the Uncharted Territories.
Consequently, when Scorpius discovered that secret wormhole knowledge had been hidden in Crichton's mind by The Ancients, he became obsessed with extracting that information. His unconventional and unrelenting pursuit of Crichton threatened everyone on Moya for well over a cycle.
The Peacekeepers accepted the high cost of this pursuit for a time, but eventually Scorpius began to lose the respect of his subordinates and the Peacekeeper High Command. When Crichton — and Talyn — destroyed Scorpius' latest Gammak project, the Peacekeeper scientist's failure seemed assured and his fate sealed.
However, when it comes to personal survival, Scorpius has proved many times that he possesses a truly uncanny brilliance, even surviving his own apparent death at the hands of Grayza and assisting Aeryn's recover from heat sickness prior to her return to Moya. For some time he was kept in a cell until after he proved he could have escaped at any time on his own. He now wanders freely about the ship doing oddly altruistic things for the crew. He claims to be only there to ensure the safety of John Crichton and the wormhole technology he possesses.

Commandant Mele-On Grayza was born and raised on a Command Carrier. She has ascended to the highest ranks of Peacekeeper Command.
Grayza stands behind the Peacekeeper plan to work toward a non-military solution to the Scarran problem. Naturally, this stance has brought her into conflict with Scorpius and his obsessive pursuit of his wormhole project. Grayza is unimpressed by Scorpius' results, and, worse, sees his failure to recapture John Crichton and the crew of Moya as an embarrassment to all Peacekeepers.
Grayza is a highly placed military officer with access to a massive arsenal. Despite the legions at her command, however, her favorite secret weapon is seduction— aided by the nearly irresistible aphrodisiac Heppel oil, which is secreted from her chest by a Heppel gland she had surgically implanted. This glad greatly reduces the life expectancy of the recipient, it is a trade off for such power and likely the reason for her rapid rise through the ranks.
Although Grayza's methods might seem benign, she is as ruthless and deadly as any Peacekeeper the crew of Moya has ever faced.

It is hard to guess what Captain Braca's true nature might be: His personality is hidden beneath his commitment to the Peacekeepers. While he served as a lieutenant under Captain Bialar Crais, he conformed utterly to Crais' expectations — until Crais fell out of favor with High Command. Then Braca smoothly switched his allegiance to Scorpius. Thus, instead of being dragged down with Crais, Lieutenant Braca became Scorpius' second-in-command.
Apparently, Braca will do anything to advance his career. During negotiations with D'Argo and Rygel for the Moya crew's safe passage aboard Scorpius' Command Carrier, Braca stoically endured pain and humiliation to further Scorpius' ends. Braca apparently considers his superiors' trust and favor to be more important than his own dignity or comfort.
Now that Scorpius has also fallen from favor, Braca has transferred his loyalty once again. He currently serves Commandant Mele-On Grayza, who has promoted him to the rank of Captain. Braca undoubtedly would defend all his defections by saying they were motivated by a higher duty to his Peacekeeper values and ideals — as Crais said, Braca is "a consummate Peacekeeper." Whether that's actually a compliment lies in the eye of the beholder.
